To benefit from a pre-filled map, you must install the addon HarvestMapData. Then go to the installation directory (usually Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\HarvestMapData) and run the file DownloadNewData.bat.

To synchronize prices after installing the addon, you must run the synchronization application usually located in Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\TamrielTradeCentre\Client\Client.exe.
